Abstract:	The results of the complikated economic situation in the Czechoslovakia after second world war were requirements for apply to new effective metods of economic leadership. After the realization of the first period of expropriateing risen the new more- sectors economy. The important commision had also the public state sector in which were aplicated as "socialist plant economy". But after the time of mechanical aplicateing directiv methods of leadership and soviest "chozrazcot" - it was relativly early, on the start of 50th years, destructed and refused.
