dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení personálních činností v konkrétní průmyslové firmě zaměřených především na oblast mimomzdové motivace zaměstnanců. Teoretická část za-hrnuje dvě samostatné oblasti. V první jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky týkající se per-sonálního auditu, konkrétně jeho podstaty, druhů, metod Druhá část teorie se zabývá motivací, a to jejím psychologickým pojetím a motivací pracovní. V praktické části jsou analyzovány personální činnosti ve firmě Brano a.s. včetně jejího motivačního programu a je podrobně vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření, jehož úkolem je ověřit účinnost stávajícího motivačního programu. Závěr praktické části podává kritické zhodnocení výsledků s návrhem doporučení na zlepšení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of this thesis is evaluate of the personnel activities primarily focused on the area non-wage motivation of employees in the particular industrial company. The Theoreti-cal part includes two independent areas. In the first one there are compiled the theoretical knowledge relating to the personnel audit, concretely it's substance, types, methods, The second one deals with motivation, i. e. it's psychological conception and working moti-vation. In the practical part there are analysed the personnel proceedings in the company Brano a.s. including the evaluation of their motivation programme by using the method of the questionnaire research, the task of which is to verify the effectiveness of current moti-vational programme. The Conclusion of the practical part provides the critical appreciation of the results with recommendation proposal for improvement.	en
