Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tvorbu vnitropodnikových směrnic pro společnost Jospo a.s. Teoretická část charakterizuje vnitropodnikové směrnice všeobecně. Popisuje význam, tvorbu, rozdělení, náležitosti směrnic a legislativu. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti, úpravu a aktualizaci stávajících směrnic a návrh nových vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic, které jsou v souladu s platnou legislativou a vyhovují potřebám firmy. |

The practical part contains the characteristics of the company, modification and updating of existing guidelines and proposal of new internal accounting guidelines, which are in accordance with current legislation and the needs of the company. |
