Cílem této diplomové práce bylo optimalizovat výrobní proces snížením počtu meziskladů a napřímením či zkrácením některých logistických toků. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše na téma štíhlá výroba a logistika a vysvětleny některé metody těchto dvou oborů, které byly poté použity v praktické části nebo v návrzích pro firmu. Praktická část se zabývá představením společnosti, vysvětlením procesu kování, analýzou současného stavu a návrhy budoucího stavu. V praktické části této diplomové práce byly použity prvky průmyslového inženýrství jako upravené mapování toku hodnot, špagety diagram, systém tahu či metoda Just-in-Time. Cíle bylo dosaženo návrhem na snížení celkem sedmi mezi-skladů. Navrhovaná úspora z této diplomové práce, při realizace navrhnutých řešení, byla předběžně vyčíslena na 413 400 Kč. |

The aim of this thesis was to optimize the production process by reducing the number of interim storage and straightening or shortening certain logistical flows. The theoretical part deals with the literature review on the topic of lean manufacturing and lean logistics and explain some methods of these two fields, which will be used in the practical part or in proposals for the company. The practical part deals with the performance of the company, explain the forging process, analyze the current condition and proposal of future state. In the practical part of this thesis are used elements of industrial engineering like Value Stream Mapping, spaghetti diagram, pull system or Just-in-Time. The aim was achieved by proposal to reduce seven interim storages. The proposal for savings of this thesis, in fact of implementation proposed solutions, has been provisionally estimated at 413 400 CZK. |
