dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé diplomové práce je problematika motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem je provést zhodnocení současného motivačního systému, zjistit názory zaměstnanců a navrhnout doporučení na zlepšení. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická a zabývá se obecným výkladem motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v podniku. Druhá část je praktická a týká se charakteristiky podniku, popisu současného motivačního systému a analýzy informací získaných metodou dotazníkového šetření. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro problematické oblasti, které mohou být využity v praxi. Cíle diplomové práce bylo dosaženo právě v podobě těchto opatření, které vedení organizace může použít jako podklad pro další kroky v oblasti pracovní motivace svých zaměstnanců.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of my thesis is "The motivation of employees in the selected company". The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the current motivating system to find out the employee's opinions and to submit the proposals for further improvement of the system. The thesis is divided into the two parts. The first part is theoretical. It deals with general interpretation of motivation and rewarding of employees in the company. The second part is practical. It goes into the general characteristic of the company description of the current motivation system and analysis information collected in employee's questionnaires. Several suggestion and practical recommendations are presented in the conclusion of the second part. These might help resolve the problems in troubled areas. The main goal of the thesis has been reached and several steps were suggested. Management can use it as a base for the further development and improvement in motivation of their employees.	en
