dc.description.abstract	Páchání kriminality patří k problémům, které provází lidstvo už od nepaměti. Týká se nejen dospělých osob, ale také osob mladistvých a stále se zvyšující predelikvence. Nevyhýbá se ani takovým skupinám, jako jsou osoby s postižením. Tyto osoby mají určitým způsobem omezený přístup k informacím a proto je zde zvýšená pravděpodobnost, že se mohou stát snadno pachateli nebo oběťmi trestných činů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Committing crime is as old as the mankind itself. Not only adults get involed in crime. The issue concerns juvenile offenders with centinuous increase in predelikquency. As far as the handicapped and disabled are concern, this group of people may have limited access to information, so the risk of becoming an offender or a victim of criminal offence is even higher.
