dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá zvýšením motivace zaměstnanců ve zvoleném odboru banky XY. Teoretická část popisuje základní aspekty z oblasti motivace. Praktická část je nejprve zaměřena na představení zvoleného odboru a dále na jeho motivační systém. Součástí praktické části je analýza současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců, která zobrazuje aktuální stav motivace a postoj pracovníků. Výsledkem analytické části jsou návrhy, které slouží pro projekt zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis seeks an employee motivation increase within a selected department of XY bank. Theoretical framework describes fundamentals aspects from motivation area. Practi-cal framework is initially focusing on the selected department's introduction and further on its motivation system. A part of the practical framework is an analysis of the current state of employees' motivation showing both present motivation and employee's attitude. Ana-lytic part results in proposals which help the project of employee's motivation increase.
