dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je věnována projektovému řešení kalkulační metody Activity Based Costing a následnému návrhu nákladových úspor ve firmě XY s.r.o. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky z oblasti účetnictví, nákladů a kalkulací, včetně moderní metody Activity Based Costing. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část, která je zaměřená na strategickou analýzu, a následně na ní navazuje podrobná nákladová analýza. V poslední části, jíž je projekt, jsou shrnuty poznatky a informace z předešlých částí v podobě ABC kalkulace, na jejímž základě byly identifikovány oblasti nákladových úspor a vypoč-ten jejich vliv na situaci firmy a její další možný rozvoj.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the project solution of the Activity Based Costing calcula-tion method and subsequently with the suggestion of the cost savings in the XY Company. First part introduces theoretical knowledge of accounting, costs and calculation, including the modern method called Activity Based Costing. The practical part follows the theoreti-cal one and presents the strategic analysis which is continued in detailed cost analysis. The last part is a project summarizing knowledge and information of the previous sections in the form of ABC calculation. The areas of cost savings are identified on the basis of the calculation and afterwards the impacts on the company's situation are concluded and further development in XY Company.
