dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením a využitím moderní kalkulační metody Activity Based Costing ve firmě ZPV Rožnov, s. r. o. Teoretická část poskytuje informační základ pro danou tématiku za použití dostupných literárních pramenů. Popisuje tedy tématiku nákladů jako takových přes jejich definici, různá pojetí a členění. Kalkulace, jakožto další okruh teoretické části práce, otevírá problematiku početnictví, alokace nákladů apod. Spolu s rozpočetnictvím jsou tak popsány obecně nedůležitější a také nejvýznamnější nástroje řízení nákladů. Významný podíl teoretické části taktéž zaujímá tématika ABC kalkulace. Tato část obsahuje i návod na praktickou aplikaci pro co nejúčelnější využití v analytické a projektové části předkládané diplomové práce. Analytickou částí je představena sledovaná společnost s ručením omezeným ZPV Rožnov. Po obecné charakteristice podniku následuje analýza systému řízení nákladů, tedy popis využívaných metod v kalkulacích a rozpočetnictví. Základem diplomové práce je její projektová část, věnující se aplikaci metody ABC v daném podniku. Firmě jsou také vyslovena závěrečná doporučení a zhodnocení současného stavu řízení nákladů a navrhovaného projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with an implementation and usage of a modern calculation method, called Activity Based Costing (ABC) in the company ZPV Rožnov, s. r. o. The theoretical part offers an information base for this topic using available literary sources. It describes the topic of costs starting at its definition, various concepts and classifications. Calculations, as another section of the theoretical part, opens a discussion about accountancy, cost allocations and so on. Calculations together with budgeting are defined as they are the two most important and the most frequently used cost management tools. A significant share of the theoretical part holds the main topic of this Diploma Thesis, Activity Based Costing method. This last part also contains instructions for practical applications in order to ulitize these manuals in the analytical and project part. The analytical part analyses the observed company ZPV Rožnov. After the companys general characteristics a cost management analysis follows, thus a description of the currently used calculation and budgeting methods. The core of this thesis is its project part, showing an application of the ABC system in the examined company. There are also final recommendations and evaluations made based on the cost managements current state analysis and the proposed project results.
