dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu inovace reklamačního systému ve společnosti XYZ spol. s r. o. V teoretické části práce nejprve definuji pojmy " podnikatel " a " spotřebitel " a jejich vzájemnou konfrontaci při uzavírání smluv. Dále se zaměřuji na samotný právní vztah mezi spotřebitelem a podnikatelem, konkrétně na oblast uzavírání kupní smlouvy a z toho plynoucí práva a povinnosti, které subjektům takovýchto právních vztahů vznikají. Na uvedenou část dále navazuji klíčovým úsekem této práce řešícím reklamace. V závěrečné části se poté zaobírám úvodem do kvality a především statistickými nástroji sloužícími k zajištění kvality. V praktické části nejprve vybranou společnost charakterizuji, následně pak analyzuji současný stav reklamací, i celého reklamačního systému, který tvoří základ pro vytvoření inovace v projektové části. V poslední části projekt inovace časově i nákladově vyhodnocuji a identifikuji rizika, která mohou při zavedení projektu nastat.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my diploma thesis is the creation of the innovation project for the complaint service in XYZ, limited liability company. In the first theoretic part of my thesis important terms as: businessman and consumer are explained and their mutual confrontation during the contract making is shown. Then I focused on the law relation itself. The relation between the customer and the businessman is meant here. One of the main tasks has become the area of purchase contract creation, rights and duties resulting from the contract. The key part of my thesis is focused on dealing with the complaints. There is quality introduction and the statistic tools that can be used to ensure quality, introduced in the final part. The chosen company is characterized in the practical part and the contemporary complaint status has been analyzed together with the whole complaint system that makes the basis for creating the innovation in the project part. In the final part of the thesis the project has been evaluated from the time and the costs views and the risks that can occur have been identified.
