Tato práce se zabývá konstrukčním řešením vstřikovací formy pro výrobek z polymerního materiálu. Teoretická část popisuje obecné rozdělení polymerů, technologii vstřikování a hlavní části vstřikovacího stroje. Dále také zásady konstrukce samotných vstřikovaných výrobků a jejich forem. V praktické části byl zhotoven konstrukční návrh vstřikovací formy pro zvolený plastový díl. Model a forma byly vytvořeny pomocí 3D programu CATIA V5R19 a přídavného modulu HASCO DAKO. |

This thesis is concerned with structural arrangement of injection mould for a product made of polymer material. Theoretical part of the thesis describes general dividing of the polymers, the technology of injection and the main parts of the injection machine. It also describes principles of the construction of the injected products and its moulds. The practical part deals with construction design of the injection mould for selected plastic piece. The model and form were created by using 3D programme CATIA V5R19 and additional module HASCO DAKO. |
