Téma mé diplomové práce je Implementace metod TPM a TQM ve společnosti Konty G Trade a.s. V literární části jsou uvedena východiska pro analytickou část. V analytické části je nejdříve představena společnost Konty G Trade a.s., následuje podrobná analýza současného stavu řízení údržby a systému jakosti. V poslední části práce se zabývám návrhem optimalizačních opatření, která povedou ke zdokonalení systému údržby s využitím metody TPM a ke zlepšení systému managementu kvality s využitím metody TQM. |

The subject of my diploma thesis is the Implementation of the TPM and TQM methods in the Konty G Trade Inc. In the first part theoretical starting points are mentioned. The analytic part starts with the introduction of the Konty G Trade Inc. followed by a detailed analysis of its maintenance management and present state of the company's quality system. In the last part I deal with a proposal of the optimization measures, which will lead to the improvement of the maintenance system with using TPM method and to the improvement of the management quality system using TQM method. |
