dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce je implementace metod 5S a TPM na vybrané pracoviště ve společnosti SCHOTT Flat Glass CR, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o obou zaváděných metodách průmyslového inženýrství. Na základě teoretických poznatků získa-ných v první části je pak v další části provedena důkladná analýza současného stavu praco-viště. Následuje samotná realizace projektu, tedy implementace uvedených metod. Cílem projektu je zvýšení celkové efektivity zařízení pracoviště

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this diploma thesis is the implementation of 5S and TPM methods on the company SCHOTT Flat Glass CR, s.r.o. The theoretical part summarizes the findings of both introduced methods of industrial engineering. Based on the theoretical knowledge gained in the first part was made a complex analysis of the initial state of the workplace. This part is followed by the project implementation, i.e. the implementation of the methods mentioned before. The aim of the project is to increase the overall equipment effectiveness of workplace equipment.
