dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zavádění metod štíhlého zdravotnictví v nemocnici. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše na téma zdravotnictví, štíhlé zdravotnictví a metody neustále zvyšování efektivnosti. Praktická část se zabývá představením nemocnice a klíčových oddělení, analýzou součas-ného stavu, návrhy budoucího stavu a očekávaným přínosem. V praktické části jsou využity metody jako mapování procesu, procesní analýza, snímek pracovního dne, 5S a materiálový tok.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the introduction of lean management in hospital. The theoretical part deals with the literature review on the topic of healthcare, lean healthcare and methods for improving efficiency. The practical part deals with the performance of the company, analyze the current condi-tion and proposal of future state. In the practical part of this thesis are used elements of lean management like mapping process, spaghetti diagram, process analysis, frame work day, 5S and material flow.
