Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím e-learningu ke snížení časové náročnosti vzdělá-vání zaměstnanců ve společnosti Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. Hlavním cílem je snížit čas potřebný pro vzdělávání zaměstnanců pomocí převedení některých školení do e-learningové podoby, což ušetří čas především interním školitelům. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která obsahuje základní poznatky o vzdělávání za-městnanců a e-learningu, a na praktickou část. Ta je dále dělena na analýzu, kde se zaměřím na současný stav vzdělávání ve firmě, a projekt, ve kterém navrhnu možné řešení e-learningu ve firmě. |

This master's thesis deals with utilization of e-learning in order to decrease the time-consuming education of employee in the company Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. The main goal is to decrease the time needed for employee education by converting several training courses into e-learning, which primarily save the time of trainers. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, which is focused on basic information about em-ployee education and e-learning, and practical part. The second part is further divided into analysis, which is focused on current situation of education in the company, and a project which deals with a suggested plan how to use e-learning in the company. |
