dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci vybraných metod průmyslového inţenýrství ve firmě Haberkorn Ulmer s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům týkajících se průmyslového inţenýrství a charakteristice metod, které budou dále pouţity v praktické části. Druhá část obsahuje charakteristiku firmy a ana-lýzu současného stavu na pracovištích. Na základě výsledků analýzy byl vytvořen projekt zaměřený na zavedení metody 5S a vizualizaci s návrhem na zavedení standardizace a zlepšovacích návrhů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Master thesis is focused on implementation of selected methods of industrial engineer-ing in Haberkorn Ulmer Ltd. Company. The work is divided in two main parts. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge related to issue of industrial engineering and to characteristics of methods which will be used in a practical part. The second part contains characteristics of the company and analysis of current condition of the workplaces. The project is formulated based on the results of the analysis and it is focused on implementa-tion 5S method and visualization with a proposal to introduce standardization and im-provement proposals.
