Diplomová práca sa zameriava na popis systému JIT a jej prínos pre spoločnosti v spojení s automatizáciou a autonómiou týchto systémov. Primárnym cieľom práce je analyzovať a opísať súčasný stav automatizácie v spoločnosti XY a navrhnúť riešenia pre zlepšenie logistického procesu. Teoretická časť je koncipovaná ako literárna rešerš odbornej literatúry ktorá popisuje poznatky z oblasti JIT a automatizácie. Analytická časť práce je zameraná na popis súčasného stavu v spoločnosti XY s návrhom na jej zlepšenie a slúži ako podklad ku východiskám projektovej časti. Projektová časť je zameraná na aplikáciu metód na zvýšenie automatizácie v automobilovom priemysle s možnosťou jeho ďalšieho kontinuálneho zlepšovania |

The diploma thesis deals with the description of the JIT system and its contribution to the company in conjunction with automation and autonomy of these systems. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze and describe the current situation of the automation in the company XY and to suggest solutions to improve the logistic process. The theoretical part explores literally sauces of JIT and automatic topics. The analytical part is focused on the descrip-tion of the current situation in the company XY and with its improvement plan form the basis for the project part. The project part is focused on the application of the methods for increasing the automation in the car industry with its further improving possibility. |
