Ve své práci se zabývám vytvořením doporučení, která by měla v praxi pozitivně ovlivňovat návštěvnost a využití sportovního klubu Rytmik Zlín. Při zpracování vycházím z teoretických poznatků o občanských sdruženích, a také z vlastních zkušeností, které vyplývají z mého dlouhodobého působení v klubu. Na základě dotazníkového šetření a vlastních poznatků předkládám konkrétní doporučení v podobě rozšíření služeb klubu o další aktivity. Jednotlivé návrhy jsem podrobila nákladové a rizikové analýze. |

In this paper I pursue creation of recommendations, which would positively affect the attendance and exploitation of the Rytmic Zlín Sports Club. Along the elaboration I result from the theoretical findings about the civil unions, as well as from my personal experience, arisen from my long-term work in the above mentioned club. On the basis ques-tionnaire interviews and my own findings, I attach some particular recommendations in the form of the other activities expansion of ours club. I subjected individual proposals to the costs and hazard analysis. |
