Bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním kritické infrastruktury. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy spadající do infrastruktury, jaké je základní dělení, ochrana a její vývoj. Dále se zabývá veřejným a soukromým sektorem, vodním hospodářstvím a nakonec i programy, které se podílejí na financování kritické infrastruktury. Praktická část řeší analýzu financování vodárenských společností, které působí ve Zlínském kraji. V poslední řadě se tato práce zaobírá otázkou problematických oblastí a návrhem pro zlepšení jejich opatření.

The bachelor thesis deals with the financing of critical infrastructure. The theoretical part is focused on the basic concepts within the infrastructure, which is the basic classification, protection and development. It also deals with the public and private sectors, water ma-nagement and in the end with the programs that contribute to the financing of critical infrastructure. The practical part deals with analysis of financing water companies that operate in the Zlin region. Finally, this work deals with a problematic areas and suggestions to improve their measures.
