dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je na téma ,,Varování obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách". Práce je dělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část práce je orientována na živelní pohromy, platnou legislativu a varování obyvatelstva. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na zmapování povodňové situace na řece Moravě v roce 1997, definování protipovodňových opatření, rozboru varovného a informačního systému města Uherského Hradiště a návrhu preventivních a represivních opatření pro toto město.

The theoretical part is focused on natural disasters, the applicable legislation and warning the population. The practical part is focused on mapping the flood situation on the Morava River in 1997, the definition of flood control, analysis and warning information system of the city with municipality with extended competence Uherské Hradiště and design of preventive and repressive measures for this city.
