dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku jak rozvíjet malou firmu tak, aby byla konkurenceschopná. Teoretická část obsahuje vybrané poznatky z odborné literatury týkající se daného tématu. Jsou zde popsány základní analýzy pro stanovení současné situace v podniku, včetně analýzy rizik investičních projektů, které s rozvojem firmy souvisí. Praktická část charakterizuje podnik a jeho okolí, zahrnuje analýzy podniku, na jejichž základě jsou navržena opatření, která povedou k rozvoji a ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy. Analýza rizik je zaměřena na nedávno dokončený projekt otevření kamenné prodejny.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities to develop small business and competitiveness. The theoretical part includes selected informations from the literature relating on the topic. There are described basic analysis to determine the current situation in the company, includes risk analysis of investment projects related to the development of the company. The practical part describes the company and its surroundings, involves analysis of the firm and on the basis of devise solutions that will lead to the development and to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. Sensitivity analysis is focused on the recently completed project opening store.
