Tématem bakalářské práce je "Strategický plán rozvoje obce Blatnice pod Svatým Antonínkem". Teoretická část práce se zabývá objasněním základních pojmů z oblasti rozvoje obce, jejího financování, vymezuje základní legislativní rámec, popisuje použité metody práce a měla by čtenáři pomoci lépe porozumět následující praktické části. Ta se dále člení na analytickou a návrhovou. Analytická část představuje socioekonomickou analýzu, která vymezuje geografické, demografické, ekonomické a další charakteristiky území obce. Dále navazuje SWOT analýza, v níž jsou definovány silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a ohrožení obce. Závěr práce obsahuje návrhy strategických cílů rozvoje a katalog konkrétních projektů, které mohou být nápomocny při zlepšování životní úrovně v obci. |

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis is "The strategic plan of the development of Blatnice pod Svatým Antonínkem". The teoretical part of thesis deals with the explanation of basic terminology in the field of the municipal development and the funding, defines the basic legislative aspekt, describes the methods of work, which were used. This section should help the readers better understand the following practical part of thesis. It further divides into analysis and proposal part. The analytical part represents a socioeconomic analysis, which identifies the geographic, demographic, economic and other characteristics of the municipality. Then follows SWOT analysis, in which are defined strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the village. The final part of thesis includes the proposals for strategic goals of development and the project catalogue, which can be helpful for improving the standard of living in the village. |
