Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou současného vězeňství v České republice se zaměřením na oblast zaměstnávání odsouzených. V první části je popsána struktura, činnost, poslání a funkce Vězeňské služby ČR. Dále upozorňuje na současné problémy českého vězeňství a podrobně pak analyzuje aktuální problematiku zaměstnávání vězňů ve věznici ve Znojmě. Na základě marketingového výzkumu provedeného v regionu Znojemska jsou v praktické části navrženy jednotlivé dílčí možnosti, které mohou pomoci řešit problematiku zaměstnávání odsouzených a blíže vytvořena reklamní kampaň na zvýšení povědomí veřejnosti o možnostech a podmínkách zaměstnávání vězňů včetně její časové, nákladové a rizikové analýzy. |

This diploma thesis is devoted to the contemporary system of prisons in the Czech Republic, especially it is directed at the employement of inmates. In the first part of this work the structure, activities, significance and functions of the Guards of Prisoners are depicted and analyzed. Furthermore, this writing draws our attention to the contemporary difficulties in this area and it studies topical problems concerning the employement in the penitentiary in the town of Znojmo. The practical section is established on the marketing research which has been implemented in the region of Znojmo. Likewise, this unit suggests particular aims and means which might help to solve this contemporary situation. Moreover, the analysis brings out an advertising campaign orientated towards the possibilities and conditions of the employement of inmates and methods how to inform the public about these prospects. Lastly, it is necessary to emphasize that the thesis encompasses risk factors, expenses and time aspects. |
