Diplomová práce na téma Specifika komunikace lékař - pacient se zabývá možnostmi dorozumívání v podmínkách českého zdravotnictví. Stanovuje teoretická východiska pro komunikaci v českých nemocnicích, zjišťuje úroveň externí komunikace ve čtyřech pražských nemocnicích, popisuje nejnovější specifické dorozumívací nástroje v této oblasti. Na výzkumném vzorku třiceti lékařů analyzuje současnou situaci v komunikaci na úrovni lékař - pacient. Závěry sondy byly použity jako základ pro vytvoření jednoduchého manuálu pro lékaře, jehož respektování by jim mělo umožnit lepší interakci s pacientem. |

The dissertation on the theme "Communication specifics between the doctor and his patient'q deals with possibilities of intercommunication within the Czech Health Service environment. This work defines the essential theoretical guidelines for effective communication in Czech hospitals and consulting rooms, describes the newest specific tools of communation in this field, and maps the standard of external communication in four Prague hospitals. Using an experimental sample of 30 doctors, it analyses the present situation in communation between doctor and patient. Based on these research conclusions a simple manual for those who work with patients has been created. These rules and complying with them should facilitate a better interaction with patients. |
