První část práce obsahuje teoretickou základnu pro vyřešení dané problematiky. V praktické části je provedena analýza nákladů společnosti a dále řešena otázka výhodnosti outsourcingu ve společnosti. Na základě analýzy je navrženo řešení pro optimalizaci nákladů společnosti.	cs
