dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je posouzení využití různých typů softwaru veřejnou správou s ohledem především na ekonomické a společenské hledisko. V teoretické části jsem popsal typy softwarů, licencí, pojem eGovernment. V další části jsem uvedl příklady využití open source softwaru veřejnou správou v rámci České republiky i zahraničí. V praktické části jsem porovnal využití softwaru ve vybraných krajích, porovnal funkčnost nejpoužívanějších kancelářských aplikací a popsal aspekty související s migrací na open source software. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy na přechod vybraného kraje na open source software s ohledem na pozitivní přínos jak pro veřejnou správu, tak i pro veřejnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor´s work is an evaluation of usage of various types of software through public administration considering the economic and social point of view mainly. In a theoretical part there are types of software, licenses and term eGovernment described. In another part there are given examples of the open source software through public administration usage within the Czech Republic and foreign countries. In a practical part there are compared the software usage in selected districts, functionality of the most used office applications and there are described aspects related to migration to open source software. In conclusion there are brought forward suggestions for transition of a chosen district to open source software considering positive benefit for both public ad-ministration and the public.
