dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice důchodového systému z pohledu příjmů a výdajů v tomto systému. V úvodní kapitole je obecně popsán systém sociálního zabezpečení, jeho ekonomická podstata a koncepce sociálního zabezpečení v České Republice. Dále je práce zaměřena oblast důchodového systému v ČR, jeho charakteristiku a možnosti financování. Oblast financování důchodových dávek je definována i ve vybraných státech EU. Praktická část se zabývá detailní analýzou příjmů a výdajů v důchodovém systému ČR na základě vybraných faktorů. Následně jsou tyto faktory vyhodnocovány a určovány dopady na budoucí vývoj důchodového systému.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of retirement system regarding the incomes and expenses within this system. The initial chapter describes the welfare system in general, including its economic foundation and welfare concept in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the retirement system in the Czech Republic, its features and financial options. Thereafter, the topic of retirement benefits is covered in relation to selected countries of the European Union. The practical part looks into a detailed analysis of incomes and expenses in the Czech retirement system, being based on various given factors. Consequently, those aspects are evaluated and the possible impact on the future development of the retirement system is described.
