dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem Ochrana obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historický vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva, platnou legislativu a pojmy ochrany obyvatelstva, dále na živelní pohromy se zaměřením na povodně. Praktická část se zabývá povodněmi v ORP Ústí nad Labem. Hodnotí současný stav protipovodňové ochrany na území ORP Ústí nad Labem. Na základě rozboru, zhodnocení a analýzy jsou zde uvedeny návrhy na zvýšení preventivních opatření a snížení protipovodňových škod.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis titled Protecting the population for natural disasters is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the historical development of protection of the population, the applicable legislation and the terms of protection of the population and below the natural disasters, focusing on floods. The practical part deals with floods in the district Ústí nad Labem. It assesses the current state flood protection in the district Ústí nad Labem. Based on the analysis, evaluation and analysis are presented proposals to increase preventive measures and reduction of flood damage.
