dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou regulace hazardních her v souvislosti s veřejnými rozpočty v České republice. Teoretická část obsahuje obecný výklad o vývoji hazardních her od jejich vzniku až po současnost, legislativní úpravu hazardních her a v neposlední řadě upozorňuje na problémy, které s hraním souvisejí. V praktické části je popsán a analyzován vývoj regulace hazardních her resp. příjmy a výdaje veřejných rozpočtů, které plynou z provozování hazardních her. Poslední část práce předkládá návrh regulace hazardních her v České republice, který by měl přispět k maximalizaci příjmů veřejných rozpočtů a zároveň k minimalizaci negativních sociálně-ekonomických důsledků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the gambling regulation issues in connection with public budget in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part provides a general explanation of the development of gambling from its inception to the present day, the legislation of gambling and last but not least highlights the problems that are associated with gambling. The practical part describes and analyzes the development of the gambling regulation or rather revenue and expenditure of public budgets, that results from gambling. The final part of the thesis presents a proposal for a regulation of gambling in the Czech Republic, which should help to maximize the income for public budget and at the same time minimize the negative socio-economic consequences.
