dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce analyzuje pracovní prostředí vybrané výrobní společnosti. Cílem teoretické části je seznámení se s bezpečností obecně a její legislativou. Jedná se zde také o úloze státu v oblasti bezpečnosti, popis normy ČSN OHSAS 18001. Cílem praktické části je proniknutí do problematiky a zhodnocení současného stavu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Na základě analýzy a také vlastního dotazníkového šetření je zhodnocen stav pracovního prostředí a navrhnuty opatření a doporučení na zlepšení pracovního prostředí a bezpečnosti práce ve společnosti Josef Weiss Plastic-cz, s.r.o.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis analyzes the work environment selected manufacturing company. Goal of theoretical part is to get familiar with security in general and its legislation. This is also the role of the state in the field of safety, a description of OHSAS 18001 standards. In the practical part insight into the problem and assess the current state of safety and health at work. Based on the analysis, and also own questionnaire survey evaluates the status of the work environment and there is suggested measures and recommendations to improve the wor-king environment and work safety at Josef Weiss Plastic-cz, s.r.o.
