Diplomová práce se zabývá přijímáním a vzděláváním příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů České republiky. Řeší sjednocení přijímacího řízení Policie ČR, Vězeňské služby ČR, Celní správy ČR a Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR v podmínkách nového služebního zákona a jiných právních norem. Dále řeší vytvoření nové koncepce vzdělávání příslušníků v rezortních školách. Nový efektivnější vzdělávací proces zkracuje dobu vzdělávání příslušníků při přestupu z jednoho bezpečnostního sboru do druhého na polovinu. |

The gradutation these is engaged in recruitment and education of dependents from the Se-curity Force of the Czech Republic. This is solving the integration of recruitment for Police Czech Republic, Prison Service Czech republic, Custome Administration Czech Republic and Fire - Rescue Brigádě Czech Republic in conditions of new service low and other low norms. And than is also solving the creation of new koncept education of dependents in resort school. The new more effective education process makes time for education shorter in chancing one from the security board to another on half of this time. |
