Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout a zavést pro společnost XYZ, a. s. systém pro řízení pohledávek, který do společnosti přivede jasná a přehledná pravidla pro dané řízení. V teoretické části čtenář nalezne literární rešerši týkající se problematiky pohledávek, a to jak všeobecnou charakteristiku, tak témata související s jejich zajištěním, řízením a vymá-háním. Jednotlivé postupy a výsledky projektové části vychází z analýzy současného stavu ve společnosti. Daná analýza spočívá v provedení analýzy okolí společnosti, finanční ana-lýzy a podstatnou částí je samozřejmě provedení analýzy současného stavu řízení pohledá-vek a jejich vývoj v letech 2010 2013. |

The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest and implement a system for the claims ma-nagement for the company XYZ, a. s. that brings clear and transparent rules for this proce-dure. In the theoretical part, the reader finds a literature review regarding the issue of claims, their general characteristics and topics related to a collateral of claims, their ma-nagement and enforcement. The processes and results of the project part are based on an analysis of the current situation in the company. The given analysis is based on an analysis of the company's environment, financial analysis and the substantial part is the analysis of the current state of claims management and development of the claims in the years 2010 2013 of course. |
