Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je uplatnit z existujících, úspěšných a nově vznikajících kreativních průmyslů a klastrů cenné zkušenosti, které by umožnily městu Olomouci nejen rozvoj kreativních průmyslů a klastrových iniciativ, ale i rozvoj podnikatelského prostředí. Teoretická část vymezuje kreativní průmysly nejen podle Evropské Unie, ale také podle Rakouska a jeho sousedních zemí. S tím souvisí i prezentace strategií a nástrojů pro podpo-ru rozvoje kreativních průmyslů v těchto zemích. V praktické části je hlavní pozornost soustředěna na charakteristiku Rakouska, dále pak na vývoj a současný stav kreativních průmyslů a klastrů v této zemi, ale také na analyzování a vyhodnocení strategií a metod podpory rozvoje kreativních průmyslů a klastrů v Rakousku. Projektová část této práce se zaměřuje na aplikování poznatků na podporu vzniku a rozvoje kreativních průmyslů a klastrových iniciativ ve městě Olomouci. |

The main objective of this thesis is to apply the valuable experience of existing, successful and emerging creative industries and clusters. These experiences would allow the city Olomouc not only the development of creative industries and cluster initiatives, but also the development of entrepreneurial environment. The theoretical part defines the creative industries not only by the European Union, but also by Austria and its neighbouring countries. These things are closely related to presenta-tion of strategies and tools to support the development of creative industries in these coun-tries. In the practical part, the main attention is focused on the characterization of Austria as well as the development and current state of the creative industries and clusters in the country, but also to analyse and evaluate the strategies and methods of the development support of creative industries and clusters in Austria. The project part of this work focuses on the application of knowledge to the creation and development support of creative industries and cluster initiatives in Olomouc. |
