dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami a prostředky, jak pro dekontaminací terénu a objektů, tak dekontaminací při úniku nebezpečných látek při průmyslové havárii s využitím sil Integrovaného záchranného systému. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny důležité základní pojmy a legislativa, dále také využívané metody a prostředky pro dekontaminaci. Je zde také uvedena charakteristika průmyslových havárií. V praktické části se seznámíme se specializovaným softwarem TerEx, za pomocí kterého je vymodelována situace havárie cisterny a úniku nebezpečné látky. Popsána je zde také charakteristika vybrané nebezpečné chemické látky. Hlavní součástí je vyhodnocení modelové situace, kde jsou využity metody a prostředky pro dekontaminaci zasaženého terénu a zabránění dalšího šíření této látky. Na závěr je krátké zhodnocení situace a doporučená optimalizace pro podobné situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is about methods and means as for the decontamination of terrain and objects as for the decontamination of hazardous substance released in industrial accident with utilizing the forces of the Integrated Rescue Service. The theoretical section provils as important basic concepts and legislation, as methods and means used for decontamination. Furthermore it identifies characteristics of industrial accidents. In the practical part, it introduces specialized software TerEx, which is used for project accident of a tank and release of hazardous substances. The characteristic of selected hazardous chemicals are also described in this part. The main part is an evaluation of theoretical example where the methods and means are used for the decontamination of affected ground and prevent further spread ofthis substance. In conclusion, there is a brief assessment of the situation and recommended optimization for similar situations.
