dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce na téma "Odborná příprava členů krizových štábů" je na základě poznání standardní obsahově-metodické a legislativní problematiky krizového řízení, ana-lyzovat odbornou přípravu členů krizových štábů obcí s rozšířenou působností a jejich cvi-čení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku kri-zového řízení, legislativu, odbornou přípravu orgánů krizového řízení, odbornou přípravu a cvičení členů krizových štábů. Praktická část práce popisuje hrozby a rizika, které mohou způsobit vznik krizové situace na území Olomouckého kraje. Dále se věnuje analýze uskutečněných cvičení krizových štábů obce s rozšířenou působností Olomouckého kraje.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis "Professional Training of the Crisis Staff Members" is specifically concerned with the effect of the standard crisis management implications and legislative restrictions on the executed crisis exercises and simulations as well as the intense prepara-tion of the crisis staff members falling within the authority of the municipality with ex-tended competence. The study is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part of thesis is focused on the characteristics of crisis management, legislation, training of the crisis management, and instructing crisis staff members. In a second empirical part threats and risks, that might be the cause of the development of the crisis situations in the Olomouc Region, are discussed. Additionally, the analysis of the conducted crisis management exercises and crises simula-tions is also presented in the latter part.
