Cílem této práce je čtenáře seznámit s problematikou obrazových funkčních vlastností kamerových dohledových systémů, jejich charakteristikami a dělením. Celá práce je koncipována tak, aby v teoretické části byly popsány potřebné základy pro pochopení problematiky této práce. Začíná se základním osvětlením problematiky obrazových funkčních vlastností, dále jsou popsány faktory ovlivňující OFV a v poslední části teoretické práce jsou pak popsány nástroje OFV. V praktické části je pak pozornost věnována hlavně vytváření evaluačních videosekvencí a vytvoření návodu, podle kterého lze při vytváření těchto videosekvencí postupovat. |

The aim of this paper is to acquaint readers with the field of functional characteristics of camera surveillance systems, their parameters and distribution. The whole principle of the work is designed so that theoretical part of this work covers the needed basics for understanding of issue of this work. We begin with the basic explanation of issue of visual functional characteristics, then the factors affecting visual functional characteristics are described and in the last part of this work tools of VFC are described. In practical part of this work emphasis is placed mainly on creating of evaluation of video sequences a creating of walkthrough for this process. |
