dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu financování obce Traplice v letech 2007 - 2013. Cílem je vyhodnocení vývoje hospodaření a navržení možných změn a opatření pro zlepšení finanční situace v obci. Základem pro analýzu financování obce je znalost obce samotné. Proto je podstatná část bakalářské práce věnována socioekonomické analýze, jejímž výstupem je SWOT analýza. Teoretická část vymezuje základní legislativu regionální politiky v České republice a dále jsou v ní definovány základní teoretické pojmy související s obcí a problematikou financování obce. Teorie je zpracována na základě odborné literatury. Praktická část je rozdělena na socioekonomickou analýzu a analýzu financování obce, kde je proveden rozbor rozvahy a rozpočtů obce. Tato část je doplněna o analýzu zadluženosti. Praktická část je zakončena shrnutím analýzy financování. V závěru bakalářské práce je uveden přehled možných doporučení vedoucích ke zlepšení financování obce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the funding of the village Traplice in 2007 - 2013. The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the development of operations and propose possible changes and measures to improve the financial situation in the village. The knowledge of the village and community is basic thing for the financial analysis. Therefore, a substantial part of the thesis is devoted to the socio-economic analysis, which is followed by output SWOT analysis. The theoretical part defines the basic legislation of regional policy in the Czech Republic and describes the basic theoretical concepts related to the issue of financing municipalities and village. The theory is elaborated according to professional literature. The practical part is divided into socio-economic analysis and analysis of the financing of the village, which contains an analysis of the balance sheet and the municipal budgets. This section is supplemented by an analysis of debt. The practical part ends with a summary analysis of the financing. Conclusion of the thesis provides an overview of possible recommendations to improve the financing of the village.
