Celá práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V rámci teoretické části práce je přiblížen pojem bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci (dále BOZP), dále je tato část zaměřena na legislativní úpravu BOZP v rámci České republiky a zemí Evropské unie. Zakončena je teoretická část práce popisem zásad v rámci BOZP se zaměřením na prostředí lesnictví. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na uvedení bližších údajů o společnosti Vojenské lesy a statky ČR, s. p. (dále VLS). Dále je v ní představen dotazník samotný a výsledky realizovaného dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo u zaměstnanců VLS a také u zaměstnanců vykonávajících pod záštitou svého zaměstnavatele pro VLS smluvené činnosti. Hlavním záměrem této práce je přiblížení úrovně BOZP pracovníků VLS. |

Dissertation work is split onto theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part is focused onto work security and occupational health (hereinafter OHS), this part is also focused onto legislative of OHS in the Czech republic and EU states. Theoretical part is finished by description of the OHS principles connected with the forestry field. Practical part of dissertation work is focused onto close introduction of the Vojenské lesy a statky ČR, s.p. (hereinafter VLS). Here is introduced the questionnaire that helped to collect data from VLS employees and from employees working under the auspices of VLS company. Practical part ends by analysis and results of the survey. The main target of this work is approach of the OHS level of VLS employees. |
