dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současné situace v České republice a jejím vlivem na bezpečnost obyvatel. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše na téma ochrany obyvatelstva a analýzy rizik. Praktická část práce řeší zdroje rizik a hrozeb v městě Uherský Brod a blízkém okolí. Obsahuje vyhodnocení závažnosti jednotlivých rizik a hrozeb, návrh na zlepšení současného stavu a možnosti budoucího vývoje.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis analyzes the current situation in the Czech Republic and its impact on public safety. The research of population protection and risk analysis are carried out In the theoretical part. The practical part of the thesis deals with the sources of risks and threats in Uherský Brod and its surrounding areas. There are an assessmest of the severity of individual risks and threats, a proposal how to improve the current situation and possibilities of future developments there.
