Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit bezpečnostní opatření při vzniku mimořádných událostí ve společnosti Metalšrot Tlumačov, a.s.. Při provozu této společnosti, která zpracovává kovový odpad, se může vyskytnout mnoho havárií či neočekávaných událostí, a proto je nutné se na případné následky připravit, případně zavést taková opatření, která by vzniku určitých mimořádných událostí předcházela. V teoretické části této práce se věnuji vysvětlení pojmů jako je hrozba, riziko, analýza rizik a jednotlivé metody analýz rizik. V praktické části je představena společnost Metalšrot Tlumačov, a.s., její pravidla, jednotlivá bezpečnostní rizika, která mohou hrozit a také soubor opatření k jednotlivým rizikovým situacím. |

The aim of this thesis is to determine the safety measures in case of extraordinary events in the company Metalšrot Tlumačov, a.s.. During the operation of the company, that processes scrap metal, there may be originate many accidents or unexpected events, and therefore it is necessary to prepare the company for the possible consequences, possibly introducing such measures, that would preceded certain incidents. In the theoretical part is specify an explanation of terms such as threat, risk, analysis of risk and methods of this analysis. In the practical part of the thesis is presented the company Metalšrot Tlumačov, a.s., its rules, individual safety risks, that may threaten and set of measures for each risk situations. |
