dc.description.abstract	Práce přehledně rozděluje palné zbraně podle stávajících právních norem, ukazuje možnosti jejích využití a právní aspekty jejích použití. Práce je ideově plánována jako výukový materiál, jež se zabývá problematikou použití palných zbraní v sebeobraně a průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti v souladu s právními normami České Republiky a se zaměřením na ekonomickou stránku celé záležitosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis synopticaly restrains categories of fireamrs due to the current legislation, shows posibilities of their utilization and legal aspects of their application. This thesis is intended as materiál of tuition focused on issue of usage of firearms in self defense and commercial security industry in consistence with rules of law of Czech Republic, also with focus on economic side of the issue.
