dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá problematikou orgánů evakuace. Práce se dělí na dvě části, na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů a teoretickým rámcem problematiky orgánů evakuace a problematiky související s touto tematikou. V praktické části se zaobírá analýzou připravenosti orgánů evakuace v rámci obcí s rozšířenou působností na území Zlínského kraje a na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navržena zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the issue of the evacuation authorities. The work is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the basic concepts and the theoretical framework of the issue of evacuation authorities and the issues related to this topic. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the evacuation preparedness of the authorities within municipalities with extended powers in the Zlín region; and on the basis of the analysis' results the improvements are proposed.
