Tématem mé bakalářské práce je "Analýza současného systému vzdělávání v ochraně oby-vatelstva". Základem práce jsou teoretické dokumenty týkající se problematiky ochrany obyvatelstva a preventivně výchovné činnosti v této oblasti. Teoretická část obsahuje jak historické pojetí, tak i současný pohled odborníků. Práce se zabývá i řešením civilní ochrany v širším geografickém měřítku, a to v rámci Evropské unie a Severoatlantické aliance. V praktické části práce jsou nejdříve analyzovány dostupné dokumenty týkající se problematiky, ze kterých se dále práce odvíjí. Převážnou část praktické části tvoří dotazníkové šetření, jímž byla zjištěna celá řada cenných informací. Ty byly dále společně s dostupnou literaturou vyhodnoceny a vznikla tak celková SWOT analýza celé problematiky. Poslední část práce sestává z vlastních návrhů optimalizace vzdělávacího systému v ochraně obyvatelstva v České republice. |

The theme of this bachelor's thesis is the "Analysis of the current system of education in civil protection". The basis of the work is compiled of the theoretical documents, related to the topic of civil protection and the preventive-educational actions in this field. The theore-tical part contains both the historical and the contemporary views of professionals. Further, focus i salso placed on the solution of civil protection in the EU and the NATO. The practical part contains the analysis of available documents, related to the examined topic, this analysis is the basis for the rest of the work. This part mostly focuses on the survey, thanks to which the author gathered plenty of valuable information. This information, along with the literature available, was analysed and an overall SWOT analysis was conducted. The last part of the thesis contains the author's own recommendations and optimalisations of the educational system in civil protection of the Czech Republic. |
