Tato bakalářská práce zpracovaná na téma Informační fragmentace se zabývá problematikou správy informací mezi zařízeními za pomocí organizačních a technických nástrojů. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení pojmu personálního informačního managementu, informační fragmentace a jejich příčin a důsledku. Praktická část byla zaměřena na nástroje, s kterými lze zvládnout informační fragmentaci a na dotazníkové šetření mapující správu a organizaci dat. |
