dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá analýzou komunikace mezi odborníky na informační technologie (dále jen IT odborník) a řadovými zaměstnanci. Firmy nebo organizace, které se do průzkumu zapojí, budou vybrány náhodně a nebude upřednostněn žádný sektor trhu. Stejně tak vzorek zaměstnanců se bude skládat ze všech úrovní pracovních pozic. K výzkumu bude použit dotazník, který bude mít elektronickou formu. Vyhodnocení výzkumu bude provedeno podle zjištěných dat. Práce má zjistit obecný přehled zaměstnanců v oboru IT, který je potřebný pro efektivní komunikaci s IT odborníky. Cílem práce je zjistit a analyzovat názor zaměstnanců na jejich vzájemnou komunikaci s IT odborníky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor thesis analyzes the communication between experts on information technology and ordinary employees. Companies or organizations, that participace in the surfy, will be randomly selected and will be given priority no sector of the market. Similarly, the sample of employees will consist of all levels of jobs. The research will use a questionnaire that will be in an electronical form. Evaluation of the research will be carried out according to the detected data. The thesis will try to find a general overview of employees in the IT field, which is necessary for effective communication with IT experts. The thesis aim is to try to find and analyze employee's opinion on their communication with IT professionals.
