dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit občanům, jak je důležité správně a efektivně využívat psychologii při řešení krizových situací. Pojednává o traumatizujících událostech, jejich projevech a důsledcích. Popisuje terénní krizovou práci a typy pomoci obětem neštěstí. Vymezuje záchranné složky a jejich organizaci a zaměřuje se na prevenci jako nejúčinnější prostředek ochrany. V praktické části analyzuje povodňové katastrofy, vyvozuje psychosociální podpory, které vyplynuly ze závěrů a vyhodnocení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of Bachelor´s thesis is to bring citizens how important it is to properly and effecti-vely use psychology in crisis situations. It deals with traumatic events, their manifestations and consequences. Describes the field of emergency work and the types of assistance to disaster victims. It defines the rescue and their organization and focuses on prevention as the most effective means of protection. In the practical part analyzes the flood disaster, concludes psychosocial support that emer-ged from the conclusions and evaluation.
