Cieľom bakalárskej práce je oboznámiť čitateľa o taktických postupoch riešenia danej situácie profesnej obrany (ďalej len PrO) s rešpektovaným psychiky pracovníka priemyslu komerčnej bezpečnosti (ďalej len PKB). Poukázať na psychologické procesy a taktické postupy pracovníka PKB v rámci riešenia situácií PrO. Teoretická časť zobrazuje základné pojmy a oboznamuje o psychických faktoroch a aspektoch, ktoré zásadne ovplyvňujú riešenie situácie PrO. Druhá časť práce obsahuje analýzu situácií PrO z hľadiska chybného a správneho riešenia. Hlavným bodom praktickej časti je spracovanie takticko-psychologického návrhu riešenia situácie PrO z pohľadu pracovníka v spoločenských zariadeniach (Bouncera). |

The aim of this thesis is to familiarise the reader with tactical procedures of dealing with certain situation of Professional defence (hereinafter referred to as PrO) with respect to the psyche of commercial security industry worker (hereinafter referred to as PKB) and point out the psychological processes and tactical procedures of PKB worker in resolving PrO situations. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts and introduces the psychological factors and aspects that fundamentally affect the solution of the situation. The second part of the thesis includes an analysis of PrO situations in terms of incorrect and correct solutions. The major point of the practical part of the thesis is tactical and psychological proposal processing of solution PrO situation in terms of worker's social establishments (bouncer). |
