dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou mikrotitračních destiček potažených polyanili-novými filmy a sledováním adheze buněk a tvorby biofilmu vybraných kmenů biofilmpo-zitivních bakterií na povrch takto upravených destiček. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vlastnosti polyanilinu, tvorbu biofilmu a bakterie schopné tvořit biofilm. Praktická část zahrnuje přípravu mikrotitračních destiček s polyanilinovými filmy a sledování vlivu tohoto polymeru na tvorbu biofilmu u grampozitivních a gramnegativních bakterií.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis work deals with the preparation of the microtiter plates covered by the polyani-line films and with the monitoring of the cell adhesion and the biofilm production by the selected strains of the biofilmpositive bacteria to the surface of this prepared plates. The theoretical part characterizes the polyaniline, the biofilm and the bacteria able to form the biofilm. The practical part consist of the microtiter plates with polyaniline films preparation and the monitoring of the influence of this polymer on the biofilm formation in grampo-stive bacteria and gramnegative bacteria.
