dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na analýzu provozního rizika. Provozní riziko bude zanalyzováno pomocí bodu zvratu. Poté budou hledána vhodná opatření a úsporná řešení pro firmu tak, aby to zvýšilo její profit. Změny provozních nákladů se budou týkat snížením zaměstnanců firmy, snížením mezd zaměstnanců, snížení nákladů na reklamu či na provoz tiskařské dílny firmy. Na závěr budou navržena určitá opatření na úsporu. Práce se bude věnovat i controllingu firmy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor´s thesis will be focused on analyzing operational risk. Operational risk will be analyzed using the break-even point. Then will be searched appropriate proceeding and economical solution for the company to increase its profit. Changes in operating costs will be related to reduction of the company's employees, reduction of employee´s salaries, reduction of advertising costs or the operation costs of the company´s print production. In conclusion there will be suggested some saving measures. The thesis will be also focused on controlling of the company.
