dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti mmcité+ a.s. v letech 2010-2012. Cílem je analyzovat hospodaření této společnosti a na základě toho navrhnout vhodná a možná opatření. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se popisuje podstata finanční analýzy, její uživatelé, zdroje, metody a ukazatelé, které jsou následně využity v praktické části. V praktické části je nejprve představena daná společnost a poté se zde konkrétně analyzují, na základě ukazatelů uvedených v teoretické části, jednotlivé stránky hospodaření firmy. V závěru práce je shrnut finanční vývoj společnosti v letech 2010-2012 a jsou navrhnuta vhodná opatření pro budoucí finanční vývoj společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of the company mmcité+ a.s. from 2010 to 2012. The aim is to analyze the management of the company and based on that propose measures. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the nature of financial analysis, its users, resources, methods and indicators which this thesis deals with the most and which are subsequently used in the practical part. In the practical part is first introduced to the company and then specifically analyzed here based on the indicators mentioned in the theoretical part of each aspect of the company's management. The conclusion summarizes the financial development of the company in the years 2010-2012 and there are designed appropriate measures for the future financial development of the company.
